New Missouri Forest Products Association President

June 14, 2005 – Jefferson City, Mo: Steve Moore, Area Vice President for Royal Oak Enterprises, Inc., West Plains, Missouri, was recently sworn in as President of the Missouri Forest Products Association (MFPA) during the annual convention, June 2 - 3, 2005.

Steve is an active member in the West Plains community. He was Past Chairman of his local Chamber of Commerce and participates in various other civic activities. He was previously the Vice-President of the Missouri Forest Products Association, and is looking forward to taking on the duties of his new office.

Royal Oak Enterprises produces charcoal and charcoal related items that are sold throughout the country.
The Missouri Forest Products Association’s mission is to encourage the wise use and conservation of our nation’s natural resources. The industry’s complex business concerns also include safety and environmental issues.

MFPA promotes the business of all forest-related industries and encourages closer working relationships among primary and secondary processing companies, forest owners, foresters, and harvesters. The Association helps improve the procurement, processing, research, and marketing of forest products.
