Storm Water General Permits

There are three "storm water" permits that pertain to the Missouri wood products industry.  

Permit # MO-R22A000 Refers to storm water discharges from Primary Lumber and Wood Products Industries. 

Permit # MO-R22B000 Refers to facilities engaged in wood treating operations, including but not limited to SIC code 2491.

Permit # MO-R22C000 refers to firms engaged in Secondary processing and manufacturing of lumber and wood products.

Please refer to your specific permit for any annual reporting requirements.

Form E for a General Permit form must be completed and submitted to the Regional office that services your county.   

Permits and any questions are handled through Missouri's Department of Natural Resources Regional offices.
