Permit Assistance

The Association staff can assist you with permits for the Department of Transportation, Air Pollution Control Program, and the Water Pollution Control Program.  The Association provides assistance in helping you complete your forms, how to seek assistance for complicated filings, and mediation of problems with permit issuance or Notices of Violations (NOV’s).

Most facilities will be required to have some sort of Water or Air permit.  Please contact the Association Office for information and applicability of these permits to your business.
